【摘要】:Theproceduresprovideabroadrangeoftechniquesandphotographicreferencestoevaluatechalkingofexteriorpaints.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertheevaluationofthedegreeofchalkingonwhiteortintedexteriorpaintfilms.Thesetestmethodsdescribetheproceduresrecommendedfortransferringthechalktoafabricorfingertip,whichisthencomparedtophotographicreferencestandards,orinthecaseofadhesivetapes,comparedtoareflectancetableorphotographicreferencestandards,todeterminethedegreeofchalking.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
