【摘要】:1ThispartofISO1622establishesasystemofdesignationforpolystyrenethermoplasticmaterial,whichmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.2Thetypesofpolystyreneplasticsaredifferentiatedfromeachotherbyaclassificationsystembasedonappropriatelevelsofthedesignatorypropertiesa)Vicatsofteningtemperatureb)meltmass-flowrateandoninformationabouttheintendedapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing,importantproperties,additivesandcolorants.3ThispartofISO1622isapplicabletoallamorphouspolystyrenehomopolymers.Itappliestomaterialsreadyfornormaluse,unmodifiedormodifiedbycolorants,additives,fillers,etc.ThispartofISO1622doesnotapplytoexpandedpolystyrene,styrenecopolymers,homopolymersofsubstitutedstyreneandthosemodifiedwithotherpolymerssuchaselastomers.4Itisnotintendedtoimplythatmaterialshavingthesamedesignationgivenecessarilythesameperformance.ThispartofISO1622doesnotprovideengineeringdata,performancedataordataonprocessingconditionswhichmayberequiredtospecifyamaterialforaparticularapplicationand/ormethodofprocessing.Ifsuchadditionalpropertiesarerequired,theyshallbedeterminedinaccordancewiththetestmethodsspecifiedinpart2ofthisInternationalStandard,ifsuitable.5Inordertospecifyathermoplasticmaterialforaparticularapplicationortoensurereproducibleprocessing,additionalrequirementsmaybegivenindatablock5(seeclause3,introductoryparagraph).
