【摘要】:ThispartofISO4894specifiesthemethodsofprep-arationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofSANmouldingandextrusionmaterials.Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestma-terialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizeSANmouldingandextrusionmaterialsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350.OthertestmethodsinwideusefororofparticularsignificancetothesemouldingandextrusionmaterialsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO4894,asarethedesignatoryproper-tiesspecifiedinpart1:Vicatsofteningtemperature,meltflowrate,impactstrengthandflexuralmodulus.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofspeci-menpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendi-mensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimen-sionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
